In the wake of the pandemic online shopping and ordering started raging and haven’t seen a slowdown since then even after things have reverted back to normal. Online orders have become a norm and customers have the facility of leaving personalized notes alongside the orders to make things easier for small talks or certain advisories. But, in a recent video, a Barista worker revealed on Tiktok an embarrassing situation she faces at the workplace while taking orders with notes for a couple.

TikTok user @aimeevant, shared the anecdote on her account which was rather funny for many viewers and went on to receive over 545.2k views within a few moments after its uploading on her account. Opening up about the incident, she introduced herself as a worker in Barista and often receives orders from a couple who write private notes with sexual connotations for each other. The orders with such notes by the two for each became so rampant and embarrassing for the workers that she took to social media to share her experience.
Aimee says that via the coffee orders the notes have messages that “They decided to leave little to the imagination.” One such message for the notes was, “Those toes need to be sucked on,” and, “You’re the hottest hot mess on Earth. I dig you babe, Don’t you dare to change.” Aimee went on to say that she wanted to let the couple know that the messages were not completely private as the workers had to prepare the notes and send them alongside the orders for them.

In this bizarre turn of events, the couple barely cared about their privacy and rather were responsible for including a stranger in their private conversation without their consent which a commentator pointed out. One person claimed, “Oh those people are definitely having an affair.” While another suggested, “I think they’re messing with you like this has to be their kink.” The wild guesses got the viewers rolling with laughter while some mentioned the gravity of the situation which can be troublesome in many cases.

“They must know you can see,” wrote an observer with many Barista workers mentioning similar encounters. An ex-barista employee alleged, “I USED TO WORK AT PHILZ AT SOUTH COAST PLAZA AND WE HAD TO TELL HIM TO STOP WRITING INAPPROPRIATE STUFF.” To which another user replied, “THEY COME TO PHILZ SOUTHCOAST TOO AND DO THE SAME THING TO US OMG.”

Though Aimee clarified that she only receives one side of the notes for one particular address and probably the other side of the notes was getting exchanged from another Barista, many came forward to point that it was extremely inappropriate of the couple to force strangers to meddle in their private conversation because of their job.
