Meghan Markle Gives Birth To Baby Royal, Prince Harry Gushes "This Little Thing Is Absolutely To Die For"- Watch

The world will soon be able to see Meghan Markle and Prince Harry take on their new roles of mother and father.

The moment that people all over the world have been waiting for is finally here. Royal fans and well-wishers everywhere are celebrating the arrival of the royal family's newest member. Ever since Meghan Markle's pregnancy was announced last year, people everywhere have been eager to watch the couple slip into the shoes of a mother and father. Finally, the Duke and Dutchess of Sussex and proud parents to a beautiful little angel of their own.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have turned over a new chapter in their lives as they welcome a little baby boy, reported Today. On early Monday morning (May 6), Meghan Markle gave birth, giving the entire palace a new reason to celebrate. Prince Harry was by her side when it happened. According to BBC, Prince Harry surprised cameras from Windsor Monday afternoon with a comment, "I'm very excited to announce that Meghan and myself had a baby boy this morning, a very healthy baby boy. It's been the most amazing experience I can ever possibly imagine...This little thing is absolutely to die for." He added, "How any woman does what they do is beyond comprehension."

Addressing the millions of people who were looking forward to the birth, he said, "But we’re both absolutely thrilled and so grateful to all the love and support from everybody out there. It’s been amazing, so we just wanted to share this with everybody."

Through everything, Meghan Markle had her mother, Doria Ragland, right by her side. It would have been a great relief for her to have her mother supporting and strengthening her through it all. A royal source had previously said, “It’s been a huge support having her mum by her side and now she’s just getting as much rest as she can,” according to The Sun.

Previously it was reported that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle would keep their baby's birth private and wait to reveal the news to the world, according to Independent. This gave the new parents enough time to enjoy those precious first moments with their baby before taking time to reveal it to the world. The Buckingham Palace had said in a statement, “They look forward to sharing the exciting news with everyone once they have had an opportunity to celebrate privately as a new family,” as reported by The Evening Standard. Now, the new family is happy to share their great news with the world.

Hearing about the news of the royal baby is also reminding people of the moment when Princess Diana stood on the steps of the Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital in London, with an infant Prince William in her arms more than 35 years ago.

People have always wondered what Princess Diana might be as a grandmother. But having loved children so much, she's always imagined as the doting grandmother to the youngest and all the little ones who are now growing up at the royal addresses. Even Prince William had admitted that he believes "Granny Diana" would have "loved them to bits", according to the Daily Mail.

While Princess Diana may not be with them at the moment, both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle still carry her essence with them. They have been a bundle of joy whenever they are around kids and were eagerly waiting for their own little one to coddle. The two of them went from newlyweds to newly pregnant, and now new parents. Soon, the world will watch the baby prince grow up and be showered with the love of his/her mother and father through it all.
