Mason, 10, is seen comforting his baby brother in the middle of the night, according to the viral TikTok video.
One of the warmest moments of parenting is seeing your children develop love and care for each other. Gloria McIntosh, 36, from Ohio had a heartwarming moment when she saw her 10-year-old son, Mason, comforting his 18-month-old brother. McIntosh always wanted her kids to learn that whatever a person does when no one is looking is a genuine measure of character. She was extremely proud and moved when she saw her son Mason looking after his brother at 3 a.m. The boy thought that everybody else was sleeping, so he got up to put his brother to sleep. However, his parents were watching the kids on the baby monitor, per TODAY. They were filled with happiness and got proof that they were raising their children right.

McIntosh shared this moment with TODAY, saying, "He has a love for Greyson that is unspeakable. I can’t even really explain it." She also said she had a wide smile on her face the whole time while watching the fourth-grader on the monitor. She posted the video on TikTok which has gone viral since and has melted the hearts of all the viewers. According to THE DAD, the video has been viewed 20 million times until now. In the video, Mason is seen embracing Greyson before carefully pulling him out of his crib. Mason returns the baby to his crib after amusing him with toys, cleaning his nose, and reading him a tale. Mason climbs into his crib at the end of the video. When McIntosh saw that Greyson was still experiencing some discomfort, she came to help out Mason.

TikTok users are going crazy over this loving gesture of Mason for his brother. They are leaving extremely encouraging and loving comments on the video. A user commented, "I cried too much watching this omg," while expressing how overwhelming the captured moment was for them. One user went ahead and said, "He is going to be a loving father," after seeing how careful Mason was with the 18-month-old.
McIntosh talked to TODAY, remembering the moment, "I asked him, ‘Why didn't you just come and get me in the first place?'" She stated what her son replied, "He was just like, ‘You had a big day and I just wanted you to get some rest.'" Netizens are stunned by the sensitivity and love the child displayed towards his brother and mother. McIntosh added, "I’m sure Mason was tired and cranky. He was woken up at 3 a.m. But how you saw him treat his brother is how he is. He steps up." His mother describes the fourth-grader as a natural caregiver who always takes care of everyone around him.
